He understood how urgent it was for us to restore hot water, so as soon as the replacement tank became available, he drove a long distance to pick it up and even rearranged the schedule to come earlier than originally planned. Owner showed up within a few hours of my call for a furnace that stopped working. He found the problem but the supplier was closed at that time. He called the next morning with a quote, never trying to upsell me on purchasing a new furnace. After discussing replacing the part on an old furnace vs purchasing a new furnace we opted for a new furnace. He and his crew were there the same day and installed the new furnace. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They replaced a couple of valves, installed an air gap for my dishwasher, and replaced an outside faucet. Their work was excellent, and they made sure to clean up thoroughly afterward. The price for their services was reasonable as well.
